Did you forget your password? Many people forget their passwords and you can use the website’s “Forgot My Password” function by going to:
- My Account Page, where you can then click on the Password Reset link located next to the Sign In button.
Forgot Your Apple ID?
The password reset and retrieval function lives in the iCloud. You will need to reset your Apple ID from your iPhone if possible. This is done in the Settings.
Tap [your name] > Password & Security > Change Password.
