Many people struggle with social issues such as anti-social behavior or being too dependent on others for attention. As with all things, balance is the key. Taking time to connect with others whom we get along with and treat us well is important for mental health. Choosing to spend time with people who treat us well over those who don’t treat us well is also a sign of healthy wellness.
