Trying to use the app but it froze on you? Try these tips from Apple’s support page to thaw it out.

iPhone:

  1. Force the app to quit on your iPhone by swiping left or right to preview the frozen app, then swipe up. Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch
  2. Reboot the device. Turn off and turn back on. Try to launch the app again.
  3. Check for updates to the app. Find the Be Well app in the Apple store and see if there are any new updates.
  4. Delete the app, then reinstall.
