Amy Zeal

Amy Zeal is a professional health and fitness coach. She has been in the fitness and wellness industry for over two decades. She has competed in seven fitness competitions and won two, one being the 2016 Ms. Bikini America Classic division in Muscle Mania’s Fitness Universe World Competition. Amy’s mission is to help others understand the importance of health and fitness and guide them to become the best versions of themselves. Coming from a professional Broadway dancing background Amy understands the pitfalls of always being under pressure to lose weight. She believes in teaching people to love themselves and strive for a happy and balanced lifestyle.

Paul Logan

Paul Logan, an accomplished actor, martial artist, writer and producer may be one of the hidden jewels in the treasury of action cinema. For 2 1/2 years, Paul played Glen Reiber on NBC’s Days Of Our Lives. Paul has also starred in a number of hit shows and movies, including Friends and Angel. Paul has been training in the martial arts since age 13. He holds a black belt in Okinawan Go Ju Ryu karate. He has been training MMA for the past 12 years. Paul has appeared on the cover and inside of most fitness magazines and has been called Hollywood’s Next Action Hero. Paul enjoys martial arts, weight training, football, working on his 1965 Shelby, writing and playing with his Pug “Batz”.

Jessie Wedell

Jessie grew up an athlete-turned-dancer. She currently teaches over ten different class styles including Vinyasa, Yin, Pilates, Barre, and HIIT, and has taught at over 18 different studios around the US. She has taught private classes to sports teams, groups with special abilities, military, and educators. She enjoys teaching a variety of classes and to take every opportunity she can to expand her knowledge of physical and mental wellness.

Rebecca Stiles

Rebecca is a registered dietitian, yoga teacher and writer. She is passionate about integrative wellness and the intersection of food and movement with the health of the world around us. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two boys.

Mikenzie Kress

Mikenzie is a professionally certified yoga instructor who started her journey in 2014. She loves to travel, cook amazing vegan food, rock climb, and live life authentically and spontaneously. She goes almost nowhere without her camera, and is obsessed with her puppy Remi.
