Trying to use the app but it froze on you? Try these tips from Apple’s support page to thaw it out.
- Force the app to quit on your iPhone by swiping left or right to preview the frozen app, then swipe up. Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch
- Reboot the device. Turn off and turn back on. Try to launch the app again.
- Check for updates to the app. Find the Be Well app in the Apple store and see if there are any new updates.
- Delete the app, then reinstall.
